Commander Holbert Maxey serves as the Executive Leader of ML Resources, bringing more than 30 years of distinguished military service, community leadership, and organizational development experience. Commander Maxey served honorably in both the United States Air Force and United States Army Reserve, earning numerous commendations and service medals throughout his military career.

Following his military service, Commander Maxey continued his commitment to public service through community development, social work, veteran advocacy, and leadership roles across military and civilian organizations.
